Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. Purpose and scope

This Privacy Policy provides general information about how personal data is handled when you visit the website operated by Beyda Gıda Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. It does not replace the activity-specific privacy notices presented when data is collected for services such as contact requests, careers or newsletters.

The data controller is Beyda Gıda Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Address: Kavaklı Mahallesi, İstanbul Caddesi No:15, 34520 Beylikdüzü/İstanbul, Türkiye. Telephone: +90 212 855 83 00. Email: info@beydagida.com.tr. Registered electronic mail address (KEP): beydagida@hs02.kep.tr.

3. Data that may be processed

Website visits and security

When you connect to and use the website, your IP address, request time, requested page, response status, technical browser and device information, and session and CSRF security tokens may be processed. For abuse prevention and audit records, the application converts network and user-agent information into non-reversible keyed hashes.

Contact, careers and newsletters

When the relevant feature is enabled and you submit information, your name, email address, telephone number, company, request content and preferred contact details may be processed. Career applications may additionally include your city, education and experience summary, cover note and uploaded CV. Newsletter registration may include your email address and verification information. Fields that are not mandatory are identified as such.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Providing the website, maintaining sessions, preventing request forgery and abuse, protecting system security and resolving errors.
  • Receiving, assessing and responding to contact requests, complaints and job applications.
  • Managing a verified newsletter subscription when requested.
  • Meeting legal obligations and keeping records for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

Depending on the specific activity, processing may rely on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, including processing expressly provided for by law, compliance with a legal obligation, formation or performance of a contract, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not prejudice fundamental rights. Processing that requires explicit consent is not started unless that consent has been obtained.

5. Collection methods

Data may be collected electronically through server and security logs, first-party cookies during your visit, and forms or messages that you choose to submit.

6. Disclosures and transfers

Personal data may be disclosed, only to the extent required for the relevant purpose, to data-processing service providers such as hosting, IT, security and email providers; authorised public authorities; and authorised advisers where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect rights. If a service requires an international transfer, the transfer is carried out only after the conditions and appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 have been met.

7. Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for its purpose and applicable legal retention requirements. The application is configured with target periods of up to two years for contact requests; six months for standard career applications; two years for a talent pool where separate valid consent exists; and until the subscription ends for newsletter records. Security and system logs are retained for limited periods determined according to security needs, applicable legal obligations and service-provider arrangements. At the end of the applicable period, data enters the relevant deletion, destruction or anonymisation process.

8. Security

The website is designed with technical and organisational measures including HTTPS, access controls, segregation of duties, CSRF protection, secure session cookies, request throttling, keyed hashing of log identifiers and keeping private files outside the public area. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your rights and applications

You may exercise the rights granted under Article 11 of Law No. 6698. The detailed Turkish notice and application methods are available in the Personal Data Processing Notice. You may submit a request with information and documents sufficient to verify your identity to the company address, to the registered electronic mail address beydagida@hs02.kep.tr, or from an email address already registered in the company systems to info@beydagida.com.tr.

10. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites, including the Cafe Crown website and social media accounts. When you follow a link, the third party’s own privacy and cookie practices apply. Beyda Gıda does not control those external practices.

11. Updates

This policy may be updated when website features, service providers or applicable rules change. The current version and revision date are published on this page.
